THEORY
We do training, coaching, mentoring, briefing and controlling on daily basis to implemented the real-skills onto hospitality staffs, ‘motivational class’ is only a tool to deliver the skills. We perform a Deep Mentoring Program (DMP) to supervise staffs performance right on the floor after giving knowledge on briefing sessions.
